Go to Eclipse Marketplace and search for ‘Window Builder’. Install it and create a new SWT/JFace Java project. Create a new JFrame and open the java file in the editor. Switch to the Design mode and notice that the Palette and Properties (add one or more components from the Palette) views have white scrollbars and the user reports that the icons in the Palette are not cropped properly.

P.S: The white scrollbars are seen in Eclipse’s Dark theme as well.
