    I have just been tasked with integrating a Flex/Java/Hibernate project on Coldfusion 8. I was wondering if there is anyway to deploy and manage CF like there is with Tomcat or WebLogic?

    MyEclipse does not support Coldfusion at the moment. Sorry about that.
