i need to create Rest client for a service i created using Rest, the service is working fine from the WS explorer, the “Create Web Service Client” wizard contains only JAX-WS and Xfire,

No – this is not in MyEclipse 8.5, work on this has not yet been slated – I would estimate MyEclipse 9. Sorry I could not be of further assistance.
