Hello,

We’d be interested in query-defined synonyms – eg If you could look into providing functionality where a user could type the following and get the columns from ACCOUNT instead of having to type ACCOUNT. each time MyEclipse would automatically associate a to be equal to ACCOUNT in this situation and prompt as if the user had typed ACCOUNT:

select * from ACCOUNT a
where a.

I can file this with our DB dev but do not know if a feature like this would get trumping-priority over our work for 4.0 or later releases. But it can’t hurt to file it 😉
