Can you elaborate more and answer below queries –
1. Are you trying to install MyEclipse4Spring using all-in-one installer / pulse / archived update site?
2. What is the OS and version you are on?
3. Have you verified the file size and md5sum of the installer matches that mentioned in the download site?
4. Are you behind any firewall / proxy?
I would recommend you an alternative of installing using pulse. Please do the following –
1. Open Pulse (Start > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
2. Select Eclipse – Galileo realm from top left hand corner dropdown
3. Expand and click on – Ready to use Profiles > Popular
4. Select MyEclipse4Spring 8.6 from the right hand pane, right click on the same and click on [Install and run]
5. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps.

First let me say that I had MyEclipseForSpring installed for a while. This began after I chose to install the Subversion plugin. MyEclipse would not start after it re-started during that install. I eventually uninstalled the application and deleted the directory and workspace directory and tried inslatting again. It fails on the install.

Yes using myeclipseforspring-8.6.1-win32.exe

It appears to be trying to download something for SWT from three different locations and failing.
