I have installed the latest version of MyEclipse:

MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 6.5.1 GA (07/19/2008)

It was the all-in-one install that I did after I needed to rebuild my computer.

I have tried running eclipse.exe -clean, and that hasn’t helped.

I did switch workspaces, and that worked, but I need to keep the same workspace given my company’s development process.

The exception is:

An internal error occurred during: “Initializing Java Tooling”.
java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException

Given that there is no other information, I can’t tell where the problem is.

Tom,
Sounds like your workspace has gone corrupt.

Why don’t you switch to a new workspace and then import your projects into the new workspace by going to File > Import > General > Existing Project into Workspace and continue working.
