You have Build unchecked for all the values under Windows > Preference > MyEclipse > Validation ? What is the error that you are getting even though this option is disabled?

My project is based on ExtJS 2.0.2,so it has lots of web files, such as .js,.html,.jsp…..
I have Build unchecked for all the values under Windows > Preference > MyEclipse > Validation .
But it still validate my web files when i build my project.
My computer configuration is not as good.I spent this time of 2 minutes to Validation.During that time, what I also can not operate.
I hope that i can manual my validation. But 7.0M2 is not allow me to do that thing.

    My operate system is WinXP.

    CALM,
Like Brian suggested, you should try this with 7.0 GA. The 7.0 GA is due to be released in a short while from now.

7.0 is not fix this issue.
But i have find solution to fix it.
This validation is based on javascript capabilitis, then i remove this capabilities from .project file,so it is ok.

    CALM,

I’m sorry the validation exclusion filters did not work for Javascript. As an alternative to removing the capability, you may go to the Source tab on the MyEclipse > Javascript > Javascript Editor > Javascript Libraries page and edit the exclusion pattern to cover your folders containing Javascript.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, making the Javascript tooling more configurable is a high priority for the next release.
