    Hello,

I have MyEclipse 6.0.1 (All in one) installed and I added the new report support and the Matisse for MyEclipse upgrade but I continue on 6.0.1-GA-200710 (Help -> About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench said).

I observed at http://www.myeclipseide.com (New & Noteworthy Features) a new version, 6.0.2, is available to download but my update manager is unable to install this new version over my 6.0.1-GA-200710 version because the update manager don’t detects this new version. I observed the version available from the downloads page is 6.0.1

So, exists a 6.0.2 version? and if exists, what must I do to upgrade to 6.0.2?

    Thanks in advance,

    Francesc Rosés

    Francesc,
Setting up the latest M4M patch does not upgrade the IDE version. You can check under Help > About > PLugin Details. All it does is change M4M to 6.0.2.

I guess that I was also confused by the announcement on the home page. From reading the announcement section on the home page, I thought that there was a new vesrion of ME being released…..

    Hello Nipun,

So, 6.0.2 is 6.0.1 plus MyEclipse Reports and a new Matisse for my Eclipse version?

    Thanks in advance,

    Francesc Rosés

    Francesc,
Actually the reports were a release a while back but yes, MyEclipse Reports and the new Matisse is 6.0.2.

I’m not sure if this is related, but every time I bring up 6.01 on my windows XP box I get an error on the quick updates, as follows:

The current configuration contains errors and this operation can have unpredictable results.
    Eclipse RCP Patch 1 for 3.3.1 (3.3.1.v20071002_331) requires feature “org.eclipse.rcp (3.3.1.R33x_r20070802-8y8eE8sEV3Fz0z0GlHJrXvTAUS)”.

I have no idea what action to take to fix this. I was hoping a new bundle would come out and I’d just re-install.

    Thanks!
    Dean

PS. In the forum, even when I check “Notify me when a reply is posted” I never get one.

    fermataintl,
This seems like an error related to the Eclipse RPC patch that you applied to Eclipse. Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

You could cross post your query on the Eclipse forums as well.

Have you tried using the pulse installer ? That should help you solve this issue.
