    dlevancho,
Nothing concrete to announce yet. I know that’s never what devs want to hear and I promise I’ll shoot you something if we have announceable material in the coming months, but just nothing now.

Does that mean you missed the boat, or do you think JavaFx is not going anywhere?

Kind of strange that Java tool company has no opinion / plans for JavaFx, I don’t get it. I would think you would at least played with beta version and format some kind of opinion or plans.

    Peter,

We watch all technology stacks closely, Java or otherwise — whatever our customers demand. JavaFX launch so far has been mixed, but we are still watching it.

One reason it has been mixed is because it’s lacking development tools.
It seems to me MyEclipse had a great opportunity to be one of the first tool makers for JavaFx. In two months I will be working on JavaFx project and I guess I will be using NetBeans because they have the best tools for JavaFx.
