Hello I am just making a wishfull thinking about webservice, if there is a plan to make webservice developement easy in myeclipse, with all the talks about SOA.

You are correct, web services will be a huge focus for 5.0. We are sorry to hear that you need this support now however and are not able to deliver it just yet.
