Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
1. Can you please share your OS and version details ?
2. Please take a look at this FAQ which discusses about suggested memory settings :

Make the suggested changes and check if the issue still exists.
3. If you still see the issue, clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and copy paste the contents of the .log file here for us.
