After using version 9 for some time with success now, I decided to uninstall the old version 8.6 on my windows 7 64.
After doing so, it seem to have screwed up my version 9 as it’s not runinng anymore.
I got strange different “missing” errors.
I think because they were both using the Common installation directory.
    Neither could I uninstall version 9 🙁
Both were installed in the default directories as proposed during the installation.

I am just downloading version 9 again for reinstallation. I am not very happy with this as it cost me a lot of time to configure my environment again and again…

    Thanks for the bug,
    Ed

    Ed,

The common installation directory is intentional so as to share resources – makes more sense when you are installing using Pulse as opposed to an offline installer (due to common plugins which haven’t changed, you need to download much less).

Of course, here it seems to have had the reverse effect and is obviously unacceptable. We were unable to reproduce this when we tried, but my team is looking very seriously at this problem.

Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, thank you for reporting the issue.

    Thanks for the feedback.
BTW: I tried the customized installation (mentioned in other post), but for some reason it didn’t got through the proxy… No idea why, I think I even disabled the proxy usage.
